Sam Angelatos is a highly accomplished solicitor and commercial adviser with over 30 years of distinguished experience spanning commercial litigation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, property development, family law, immigration and complex dispute resolution. Admitted to practice in both the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia, Sam holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University, as well as an MBA from the University of Melbourne’s Business School.
Throughout his career, Sam has held prominent positions including Managing Partner, Principal, Special Counsel, Group General Counsel, and Business Consultant, as well as senior leadership and Director roles, in both private practice and in-house roles. He currently manages high-value commercial and property matters and regularly appears in the Supreme Court, County Court and Federal jurisdictions.
